I'm sceptical that this is a bargain. Anytime the seller admits to "needs tlc" and "could be a great ..." I start thinking of new standing rigging, sails, etc., then the price of the boat then seems fair, since it needs $10-$15K of work.

I have same boat and it sails like a dream.$10,000. is truly a bargain if hull is good.Seems too good to be true.Hughes refer to it as 38ft. Its an S&S design.
