Re: Hood Genoa 52' Luff and Stalok Insulators

Foot cut is decksweeper style with a full cut foot, somewhat like a mainsail's shelf foot except the fabric is not lighter weight in the foot (like a mainsail's shelf foot).

Hope that did not create too much confusion ...

Re: Hood Genoa 52' Luff and Stalok Insulators

I am interested in the genoa. Questions:
Is there a UV cover? If so what side?
Is any repair needed? If so what is needed?
What boat did you have this sail on?
I am in zip 92054. Oceanside, CA Please tell me the price with shipping and do you accept payment by Paypal?

Thanks much

Lee

Hi Lee

The genoa does not need any repairs. It has a small repair that was done professionally about 5 years ago.

Re: Hood Genoa 52' Luff and Stalok Insulators

Sorry for the insufficient reply...just realized it !

The sail does not have a UV cover, was rarely used on our Pearson 40 (we mainly use the #1 heavy) - hence the good shape.

Shipping to CA is about $60 .

You can call us at 954-478-7621

Regards
Ovi

Re: Hood Genoa 52' Luff and Stalok Insulators

Given that i will need to fit a UV cover as the boat is in Mexico I will give you $200 including shipping, I realize it is a low offer but UV cover will cost $250 dollars
Regards
Chris
