Grunert Polar Mate with a Danfoss compressor we removed from our boat and replaced with Engels. The compressor worked great until the board went out, they can be bought for 150ish in several places.

I just installed an engle ice box conversion unit in my ice box, man what a great unit. Uses abot 2 amp/hr and has turned my fig into a freezer. I have to keep it on about 2 to keep everyting from freezing. Great unit.

Yes it is still for sale. I have gotten several PM's and I'm trying to get back with everybody but first one with $$ gets it, it's taking up room in the boat lol

i do not think you mentioned if it is air cooled or water cooled?
also do you know what size box it is rated for?
also where did you get the price for the part?
are you selling it as a good running unit if it has that part installed?

The unit came with the boat, worked fine until the control board quit functioning and it's a pretty common problem with all Danfoss compressors. I had a good line on an Engel and decided to put my money towards that instead of a new board. I have no idea what size box it's rated for and again Google will provide a plethora of resources on that info, as well as for a new control board. From Ebay to retail, they aren't rare by any means.

It's sold as is, however I'm telling you it ran fine when I used it last until the LED flashed and it was verified the board went out. (a couple months ago) It's a Danfoss compressor for 200 bucks, parts alone are worth that.
