FS: 1989 Catalina 42

Three cabin model. Fresh water until 2/2008. Now in TX. Repowered with Yanmar 50hp, low hours (under 1000 per prior owner). Completely new standing rigging and all ropes, all unused. New custom Bimini and Dodger. Polished hull and complete bottom job, Spring 2008. Wing keel, 4'10" draft. 2 year-old Raymarine ST60 wind, speed and depth instruments. Very light use. Never chartered. Have not yet signed with a broker, but planning to in 3 weeks. Moving up to a larger boat.

I forgot to mention that the boat has AC, and a 9-kW Onan genset with a little over 1000 hrs. It has a brand new Harken jib roller furler (never used). We've put a lot into the boat, and the Admiral says she wants on the order of 125k for it. It's extremely clean. We will be at the boat next weekend, and will be able to take numerous pictures as well as post a video on Youtube for those interested. The boat can be shown in Kemah, TX. No broker as yet, hope we can avoid one....
