Frigoboat MS 160s

I have 2 Frigoboat ms 160 boxes with K50F condensers for sale. One is a refrigerator and the other can function as either a refrigerator or freezer. They were removed from a 2011 Grand Banks. They are missing the keel coolers and the copper tubing from box to condenser was cut to facilitate removal. All self sealing connections are in intact. New keel coolers are readily available for about $650 each.
Asking $750 plus shipping for boxes and Condensers. Have many pictures available.

Re: Frigoboat MS 160s

Can you take photos of the tubing where it was cut? I'm either very interested or not based on that

Thanks

Re: Frigoboat MS 160s

I will post more pictures ( I'm not very good at this) in another post.
The tubing is common 1/4" copper tubing and can be joined with compression fittings. The self sealing ends are all in tact, but the systems will need to be recharged with freon.

Re: Frigoboat MS 160s

Folks, I'm sorry, I have tried several times to post pictures of these units and the various parts that come with them, but I am apparently technically challenged as to how to accomplish it on CF.
I would be happy to text the pictures to anyone who calls my cell, 917-854-7555.

Re: Frigoboat MS 160s

These units have capillary tubes near the plates
How close to the boxes were they cut? It matters...

Re: Frigoboat MS 160s

One was cut about 2' from the box and the other was cut about 5-6' from the box. I believe both were cut through the capillary tubes, as well. I didn't realize what was being cut at the time, but it was the only way they would come out.
I also now realize it will be a costly repair, so am open to offers.
