Oh if only...That's a great looking Formosa 51. The nicest I've seen yet.

The boat did not sell. The customer was a scam. Deposit was not made and he drug us through two months of games. The vessel is in excellent condition and worth looking at. There were several projects to be done however almost all boats this age has projects. The forward bulkhead has been rebuilt and the beam ends repaired. She has a fiberglass deck and I have had the entire bow surveyed by ModuTec of Tacoma. No issues regarding moisture and or delamination. Angelique is one of the best Formosa 51s in the Western hemisphere and well worth considering. I have also recently replaced the sails.
My self pride and the pride I have for the vessel would not let me sell her to anyone without disclosing what projects would need attention.

It is a great looking boat, I have visited on her a couple of years ago and a really sweet well taken care of all around and that was before her new sails.

I would love to see more pictures of her. I'm not a buyer, not even close, but Formosa's are my favorite vessels and Angelique is stunningly beautiful. If you have a website or photo page dedicated to her, please post a link.

I'm still 20 years from my retirement boat, to live on and sail the world. Angelique is just the type of vessel I dream of at night. How fortunate you were to own her and sail her for 5 years!

I am taken aback,

What a beautiful boat, shows the sense of pride and work ethic that you obviousily have Jack, a work of art and the heart all in one.

I see that it is "sale pending" now, hope it goes through for you, wish I had the $$ for Angelique, she is a tad bit over my wallet, and in truth, I'd be a bit affraid to own her for fear of letting you down as I tried to keep her up to her present standards, kind of like a brand new sports car, affraid to take her out of the garage for fear I might dent her.
