Forespar Novalift Ourboard Hoist, Lift, Davit
We have a novalift, the upper arm is brand new the base is not but is in good working condition. No block and tackle but comes with everything else. Instructions and rail mount included. After much arguing we went with something else. Located in Hampton,VA. Packed and ready to ship. Will be leaving the US soon.
