More space and better quality and layout than a Gemini or any other Cat under 36'. This boat is in great shape and is only on her 2nd Owner. She is fully equipped for Cruising the Bahamas and Caribbean, however, our plans have changed leaving her available, turn key, and ready to cruise for her new owner. Very economical motoring and fast sailing conmfortable cat, incredibly quiet at anchor.

Imagine gliding across the water at double digit speeds aboard the lively Renaissance 320 sailing catamaran. These boats are 32' x 16.6' beam 2'10" Draft, with 5' wide hulls designed by legendary catamaran designer Richard Woods, explaining the very good performance characteristics of this boat. The hulls were made with Isophtalic Resin, Kedgecell coring above waterline.

Standard are two foward private staterooms with queen sized berths, hanging lockers and lots of stowage. There is an additional sleeping area in an aft private stateroom with a double size berth with hanging locker and more stowage. The galley is designed for easy cleaning and includes a 2 burner propane stove with oven, front loading refrigeration, and a microwave oven. Six adults can be seated for dinner in a salon featuring a 360 degree panoramic view.

Her LOA to hull width ratio is 10 to 1 and her beam is greater than 1/2 the boat's LWL. These specs make the Renaissance 320 the benchmark of performance for catamarans in her class while featuring an elegant blend of comfort, durability, safety and unmatched stability (by monohull standards) wrapped in an ultra modern cruising catamaran design.

This boat was repowered in 2007 with twin Westebeke model 12ctwo's diesels (w/ 2, 50 amp alternators) coupled to shaft drives. Currently 1200 hours are on these engines. Other upgrades include Two 130 watt kyocera Solar Panels '07, With charge controller and a full cockpit enclosure with new top and all sides in 2013 (Cost $6000)!!! Lastly, the boat comes with full maintenance ships logs for last 6 years, and has owners manuals for everything aboard.

She does sail well, we were heavily loaded for a week of cruising plus 4 of us and full water and diesel tanks and scuba gear and she still sailed decently. Much faster than the P39 were buying anyhow. The double digits come into play either with a lighter load or much higher winds. I have video of us on our 3 week berries trip very heavily loaded running 10-11.7 hknots in 18-25 knots of wind (higher when surfing).with a single reef. We were moving quite well

Thanks! I love the Jellicle cat i think its a great Big lil boat, but wife wants bigger, wants to have a dive compressor on board and possibly my mother in law plus we want to expand our cruising grounds from just Bahamas and Caribbean to hoping SouthPac and beyond. May as well upgrade now.when we have a good opportunity I know of one AMI sold in Pensacola for a pretty penny, didn't know it was listed here.
