Euro 200,000 availible for bigger boat trade

As the grandkids grow, our lovely 1988 Contest 41 Still Crazy, currently in Greece is put under cabin space pressure so we are in the market for a cared for 48-55ft good quality yacht, such as an Amel( preferred),Contest, HR , Najad,Hylas,or similar, probably aged around 2000 onwards. Cash adjustment immediately availible up to Euro 200,000
We are advertising in the conventional way in theyachtmarket.com, which sets out all the details of Still Crazy, priced at Euro 99,000, with 50 plus photos
However, I just thought there might be people in the sailing community who might just want to move from bigger to smaller.

Does this make sense to anyone out there? Open to any good ideas

That's what I'm hoping will happen with my Irwin 25.5
