Want To Buy: Ericson E 25 CB Wanted

Looking for a swing keel version of the Ericson 25 that is 8' wide for trailering without a permit. Would like this to be an updated and ready to sail boat with a correct trailer. My wife of 41 years insists that if I buy another boat it will be for sailing, not an excuse for me to try and learn how to repair something. I have tried looking at Craigslist, Sailing Texas, Boat Trader, the other normal outlets. So I thought going to these type of forums might pay off. Thanks for any help.
