Ericson 27 needs new home. Can sail it the way it is but new paint on hull sides would make it more pleasing to the eyes. Good solid boat though. All sails included with roller furler and pole. Outboard bracket. Wheel steering. Super dry and clean interior w/no smells or mold. I can even transport it on my hydraulic trailer if you don't have one of your own.
