Assuming a US address, according to USPS.com the book qualifies as media and can be parcel post shipped for $3.23. I think I can stuff the guide into one of those skinny Priority Mail envelopes and then the cost would be $4.95. Add, say, 50 cents for packaging materials and the delivered cost would be $18.75 to $20.45, depending on your choice of postage.
