Dock for rent in private marina in Florida Keys - off US-1 just north of Key Largo. No bridges to ICW. 38 ft dock for the 34'LOA boat max. Draft 4' at low tide (can be 4'-6" with the tide timing for entrance/exit).
Manatee Bay Club - gated marina, 2 parking spaces at the dock!
I keep my Bayfield-29 there on my other dock.
Pool, jacuzzi, ice machines, shower, restrooms, coin laundry - all included in $300/mo rent.
6 months lease minimum.
Practically liveaboard is allowed (it spelled like 180 nights you can spend on the boat per year ). Pumpout at the dock is available on request.

I should add that the docking is "parallel", it can accomodate up to 15' beam boat. Water is at the dock and you have your own meter for electricity.

I am interested in renting the dock. I have a 31' ce ryder southern cross which draws 4' 8". Presently in St. Augustine. I cannot seem to figure out how to send a pm so could you contact me?
