Up to 35' length, 14' beam, 5'6" draft.
Guava Isle, FL 33315.

Licensed Captain on the premises to assist with hurricane preps, light maintenance, etc.

$375 per month short term (month to month)
$350 per month annual lease.

Hmm, I could stretch out some and go into my neighbor's property, 36', 37' but 43' is a bit too much for my place.

No problem, I can fix ya up with my neighbors dock, plenty big enough for your boat and the going rate is $10 per foot.
