Dean Aero 44 catamaran

One owner 2000 Dean Aero 44, sleeps 7 in 3 cabins, 3 heads, 2 with showers one with tub! Very well equipped.
Everything in very good condition, low engine hours, all properly maintained etc.
Reduced substantially as owner wishes to sell quickly (no issues, just have other things to do) $202,000 asking price but make a close offer!

Re: Dean Aero 44 catamaran

It IS a great looking boat, a super comfortable live aboard, room for the family or friends, and a fantastic price, but where are the buyers???

Re: Dean Aero 44 catamaran

Boats are not moving and it seems like that has been the case for the last couple of years . the buy must be a super deal and the location is usually a key factor .
I know that if that boat was in US it would sale--Actually if I haven't bought a boat I would be interested. I have an offer on a leopard pending . There are so many boats for sale and it seems like they are very over priced . I have noted that after a boat goes to a broker they jump 30plus % in price --and don't sale .Not knocking brokers but the sellers need to get realistic

Re: Dean Aero 44 catamaran

Sure, this Dean was $306,000 just 6 weeks ago, in line with others of similar (though perhaps not as good) spec & condition currently around. So can rightly be called a bargain now.
Every winter there are a stream of US owners crossing the Atlantic "just to have done it", making this one just 4 weeks away from the US and a really comfortable one to cross in. SSB, Sat phone, 8kw generator, 90litre an hour watermaker etc. etc.

She's been lifted out for antifouling, anodes replaced, seacocks replaced (bronze with stainless handles) etc.
