I'm really surprised to not find many options in Florida
. Seasonally, when do you all see the most movement?
Recap- and a little different than title...
Looking for a Florida-close sloop/cutter boat 36-42 feet, 5ft draft
max. We want it very close to turnkey. Would like cruiser equipped with adequate electronics
and self-sufficiency. Let's just say we will pay more for newer and less for older
. A refit
older boat is nice- but we don't want a project
. We aren't paying 40-50k for a 70s boat that needs much of anything. And we aren't paying over 70 unless she is in very good shape and younger than 2000 year.
I understand guys are fond of their boats, but I haven't seen realistic prices on mid 70s to 80s very often. I have had 3 sailboats and understand the mentality.
