The boat is on the hard along the ICW near Indiantown, Fl. It needs mostly interior work. The decks are solid and it has good sails. These cats are world cruisers and usually sell in the $20 K to $40 K range. My sailing plans have fallen through so I must let it go for a song at $12,000.
