When I bought my boat it came with a cruise air a/c unit but I am swapping to a 12/110v permanent setup and no longer need it.

Its in good working order aside from the knob for the fan control has fallen off somewhere and I cant find it. I also have the deflector vent. I do not have the skirt for it. It was mildewed and rotten so I tossed it in favor of a 1/4" plywood plate, apparently this is the best route anyway as the skirts are less secure and tend to leak as well as not keeping the cool air in. Plus the ply is dirt cheap and the skirt is ridiculously expensive.

I would prefer to trade other things I need for the boat but I wont turn down cash

The list of things I would trade for is pretty long but some highlights are:
Windlass
water heater
solar or wind bits
pumps (electric)
Bimini
electrical panel (a/c and d/c preferred but separate panels would be ok too)

And much more just let me know what you have. I travel a fair amount in all directions so delivery may be possible in the southwest US. I am currently near Albequerque, NM, USA.
