1984 Com-Pac 23 in excellent condition. This is a well cared for boat currently at a marina on a fresh water lake in central Florida. Draft 2.25 feet Beam 7.8 feet. A great cruising boat for local coastal sailing, stable, comfortable and good looking. New porta loo, gimbal stove, recently overhauled sails etc. VHF radio, new compass.
