If it has been awhile since you were here you wouldn't recognize it. Traffic slowdowns to a crawl at the Keaau to Pahoa bypass. So many people. Two new shopping centers, police station, fire station on the east side of Pahoa.
Luquin's Mexican Restaurant bought the Akebono Theater and has more or less taken over that building. Still great food there.
