She is a project boat. We do still sail her but we found rot in an area under the deck that will require repair. At this point, I have no more time to be able to put into her and even though we love her and love to sail, it's time to move on. Once we sell her, we will not be buying another boat. After much family discussion, we will be heading in another direction. We would never have been able to cruise anyway as one member of the family has no love for boats.
Whoever buys her will get a boat that has had a lot of work already done. The amount of work that is left is still significant.
The area that has rot in it I suppose could possible be repaired with Smiths CPES or something like that but I don't really feel that is the correct way to repair the problem.
