Cheoy-Lee 1974 Ketch Sailboat

We have sold our Fleming Vane Steering system:New condition.
Our Classic Cheoy-Lee Sailboat is available:
Coast Guard Documented only has a 4 foot draft with a full keel.
To many new items to list> Beautiful Rosewood/solid and Solid Teak
throughout. We do not have any exterior bright work except the spars.
This is our third Cheoy-Lee Sailboat we have owned. Beautiful Vessel can go anywhere in the world!! Sails have little use with new covers, new interior cushions throughout , new stove, new discharge system, roller furling, Air condition unit the list goes on and on. The vessel is located in the lower Florida Keys a great spot to take off from. Has a re-powered 30 horse power westeberke engine. Needs some TLC a Dream Sailboat that
has so much to offer. We find ourselves with little time due to other projects and would like to sell her to someone that would enjoy and appreciate this classic and well built sailboat. If we don't get anyone interested in the next few months we will decide to fix the details on her and keep her. $15,000.00 or best offer.

Re: Cheoy-Lee 1974 Ketch Sailboat

What exactly do you want to know??
I have pictures posted. This vessel is located in the Florida Keys now Dry Dock.
We have owned this type of sailboat for over 30 years very seaworthy. She has a new stainless stove, sails are in like new condition. The interior looks just like the pictures that were taken 30 days ago. We have a older survey and a complete history record of the coast guard documented boat. She is considered a antique and is cheap to register. Fiberglass hull over 1+ inch thickness. Full Keel great layout a Luder's design engine is in cockpit easy to sail alone. over 12' bean draft is less than 4 feet. Sails never kept on the boat when not in use. To many extra's to list
