A cruising friend died this year. His wife is selling their boat, a Caliber 40' LRC.

A lot of the value of a used boat is driven by how the previous owner cared for it and these folks kept her in class a condition all the time.

I'm pretty sure that boat was at the docks in Manteo last year. Sorry to hear about the owner. It was a very well kept boat that didn't look close to her age. Price doesn't seem too much out of line with similar aged 40's...maybe a bit high but condition is everything.
