that is exactly what i NEED for my formosa as i am having major probs charging with dead pwm controller. it is very sad that you do not wish for me to receive it as i offered to pay the 85usd shopping via dhl.

dayumm youda sold it already if you had considered assisting me.... i pay for my own shipping, and being in dire need of it..you would have sold it but for the clause no outside usa..why not..i am paying shipping, for dogs sake...why should that make a difference if i am willing to pay the 85 usd for dhl to deliver it to me.
