Is the FX 11 complete and in good shape? Also can you hold it for me until I get to Annapolis week after next?

It looks like it has never been in the water! We assume former (elderly) owner of boat purchased it because would be light enough for him to handle IF he ever needed to anchor.
What dates will you be in Annapolis, although a prospective buyer for both is supposed to be coming tomorrow.
