They are powder coated white on the insides.

BTW - they typically fit the same hole as the plastic variety. I have one installed on my Cape Dory - great bling, and no cleaning needed ;-)

Matt, I won't get to the boat this week. If someone else gets them first - such is life. I'll get back to you when I've done the measuring (I don't remember if mine were 3" or 4" versions I got from defenders a few years ago).

Matt, the ones I have are 4" diameter holes, so these won't work for me, so I'll pass. Same height though (9.5"), strangely enough
