I came across a rigidboat fiberglass dinghy
used a few weeks ago in my area during my search. They are shaped like an inflatable
but are solid. Have great storage
in the "tubes" and are stabil enough to have 2 people stand on the tube of one side! Its all nonskid and heavy duty stainless steel
fittings. I'm very impressed. I've yet to use it but they are supposed to be pretty dry and the best of both worlds so to speak.
Rigidboats.com is there site. They are quite pricey new ($8-9k) but I found a 2001 boat
for about $500. Keep an eye out there are deals all over
