Please call Jim 352-476-7947 or email for pictures. jphillips48@tampabay.rr.com

This is a very solid boat with few minor problems. It really needs some one who is going to really love and use it.
I took the wind generator off and refurbished it, haven't replaced it, (I'm just not tall enough) - new headliner, have new carpet to install (does not take a lot and that which is there is only about a year old a few simple cuts and it is easy to do).
The previous owner lived in Miami and the boat was just too hot so he took all the trim down and installed wood batting and cork for insulation (very effective). I had head liner professionally installed in 2010. Some trim needs to be reinstalled.
I took the yanmar out when I bought the boat, (2008), and replace all oil and fuel lines, blasted, repainted and reinstalled the motor has (1800+ - total hrs).
Two new props, I also installed new bearings in the lower unit.
Last winter, the boat was hauled, and to protect against groundings, (5/16 thick stainless runners were installed on each sponson) Molded to and around, running up the front for two feet and back under each for 3 feet . (Pictures available)Also, (5/16 thick stainless X one foot in height), shields were installed on the front of each rudder mount.
I just installed 6 new gulf cart batteries.
the auto pilot needs some attention (electrical connection update) nothing serious.
$75,000 OBO
Please respond, and thanks for looking. Jim

Wahoooooooo!!!!!!

I got my bill of sale today.. We are now the proud new owners of a 1994 39 privilege catamaran . We did get stright shafts, good bridge deck clearance and a foam composite. We didn't get every thing but we knew that would not happen. We even got her for under our budget. She does need some work and upgrades but we may be able to stay under budget. I have been working on her for 10 days now and love her. She is going to make a great home for us..

This proves the fact that if you are hard headed enough you can do anything lol.

As for the reward no one got it.. We actually saw this cat before it was ever for sale. We asked about it while looking at a 37 lagoon. I really wanted to give a individual the 500. The way this deal went down the brokers made much much more than 500.

We do thank everyone for there input.
if you are one of the dreamers like I was dont give up.
dreams do come true!!!!!!!!!

Congratulations Amphibious1.

You aren't saying what you paid but at least you have an extra 500 for the upgrades.
