For Rent: 50' Sublet in Everett 12th St Basin until March 15

Hi...

I just moved Nomadness from Everett to La Conner (not without some excitement... 30 knots on the beam on the skinny entrance to the Swinomish). The new location gives me a place for my mobile lab as well as a nearby office space, so works much better... but Everett was first-rate when it came to security, dock robustness, pump-out at every slip, free showers, and nearby resources.

I had a 6-month deal with the Port of Everett, which ends in March... and I didn't give much notice. Bottom line is that a 50-foot slip in 12th Street Basin (E dock) is still mine until March 15, and they have given me the OK to sublet. I've been paying about $700/month including electricity, and would be thrilled to get $400. Gate key fob and parking sticker included...
