4201 Magnum Isotherm Refrigerator

This is a used unit. It is too small for my box. It is rated for 7 cubic feet. It came with my boat so I am not sure how old it is. If it is original it is 1998. I used it all last summer with no problems. It will freeze things that are next to the plate. Comes with Temperature Control Panel, plate, compressor and inline strainer.

$625 or best offer

Bob

Hi Bob,
Could you say why the unit was too small for your application? Thanks, Rob...

My box is 11 cu ft. . I wanted I cubes. I went the the Adler Barber Cold Machine. So far so good. I can now make ice cubes on the hook.

Mine's not half that size, so I'm interested. Can you shoot me an PM with more details of the unit's condition, pictures if available?
Thanks, Rob...

Re: 4201 Magnum Isotherm Refrigerator

Rob,

Happy to send some pics. I am on the hook today but will when I return home tomorrow.
It worked as designed when I removed it. All orifices are taped. Pump runs strong. While cleaning the unit up I broke the prongs off the voltage reducer. It was a stupid design. The new ones are better and more idiot proof. They run about $200. (expensive little part) I would be happy to take to $300 for the unit because of this. Let me know.

Where are you located? I am in NC

Yup, still interested, I can replace that part. I'm located in Sitka, AK (just a little north of you), but would plan for USPS to Anchorage ,99507 as the least expensive option. Email is robdavis at alaska dot com.

Not a problem. As soon as I get back, tomorrow, I will take some pics. Hope you had a good Fouth of July. Unfortunately ours was smokey because of wild fires.
