38-42' Catamaran - Seeking Owner Financing

Seeking 38-42' catamaran FSBO within the price range of $175-$225K. Not a deal breaker, but prefer the boat to be located in south FL or Caribbean. Ideally, we'd like to work with a seller who will consider owner financing with 20-30% down. Serious parties, please PM. Thank you.

The lending environment is somewhat challenging indeed. Long shot, but perhaps there are owners looking for a non-conventional exit strategy given the current state of the economy. As a side note, for the right deal, we could go above 30% down if need be.

Don't know if you'd be interested, but I have a good friend with a prowler power cat in your price range, 46 feet though, but he owns it outright and is the original owner, so he might listen to owner finance deals.

By the way, his boat is rigged to the hilt and in great condition.
