No exterior brightwork except the spars which are taken done now in dry
dock in our yard. The spars are kept in our house to be fully protected.

boat has full records kept by a
Navy Captain. Who was the original owner. This is our third Cheoy-Lee Sailboat and we have owned them for over 30 years. The design and practical layout of this boat makes it great for sailing anywhere around the world or the Island.
It has a Beautiful Teak bumper rail on the outside. The
deck needs so caulking no
leaks here. The outside needs to be repainted.
The
engine just needs to have the
gasket replaced and a quick run through.
I have to many things to list with this boat. We have bought ourselves a
Power boat that is getting more use with our limited free time.
