Very nice boat, and considering the refit, a very good price. Unique layout. I am very partial to French sailboats and this one is no exception.

Yes 8000 lbs is the total weight (displacement) of the boat.
The hours on the engine are unknown as there is no meter for engine hours. The engine runs great.

Nice boat. I like the layout of the cabin. I am no expert, but I may be in the market for a boat in that size and price range. It appears in the photos that there was a significant repair made to the hull just above the waterline on the starboard side. Did you do the repair? Is the hull cored below the waterline?

Neo, I do not understand what you see to say that there was a repair to the hull. Please explain what you see. I can tell you that there has been no damage to the hull. The hull is solid fiberglass, no core in the hull.
