28' Windward Sailboat

AMALIA

1983 Windward Sloop in excellent condition. Ready to sail away. 28'LOA. 10'
beam. 5' draft; fin keel. Skeg hug rudder. Wheel steering 15 hp; 4-stroke
Yamaha sail drive. Bronze folding prop.
Designed by J. Simpson.

Accommodations: beautiful oiled teak and yellow cedar woodwork
throughout. Sleeps 5-6; 2 in V-berth, one on either side of salon and one in
captain's berth.
Lovely fold-down table. Stainless steel sink. Foot pump and pressure water. Gimballed 3-burner propaane stove w oven. Enclosed head on port side
with sink . Holding tank with whale pump for black water. 2 fresh water tanks. Dickenson propane cabin heater. New indoor/outdoor
carpet. Well-insulated ice box. Propane BBQ. Propane locker equipped with
electric solonoid control; 1 20-lb. bottle.

Sails and Rigging: main with 2 reefing points (good condition) all lines brought back to cockpit to rope bags; bulkhead mounted. New 130 UK Halsey jib. New whisker pole and stantion brackets. Spare 120 jib, fully restored. Roller furling; Furlex and new line. New traveller system. New halyards. 2 new Harken 40 self-tailing winches. 2 Barrent 22 winches. 1 new 16 self-tailing for main halyard. 2 new triple deck organizers. 2 new triple spinlock power clutches. New windex, masthead mounted.

Power: Yamaha 15hp 4-stroke gas saildrive. Bronze folding prop. 2 12v
batteries. 30a AC shore power with 50' cable. Guest - model 2611 battery
charger.

Hardware & electronics: Garmin 498c chart plotter (fish finder) with in-hull
transducer. VHF radio. New Maxwell windlass. New 10kg Delta anchor & 30'
5/16 chain & 200' 5/8 rode. Spare 7.5 kg Bruce anchor. Barometer. Smoke
detector - 9v. Propane and CO2 alarm system.

Additional: Bumpers. Extra lines. Blue canvas dodger and fully enclosed
cockpit cover.
Achilles LS4 inflatable dingy with Yamaha 2 hp 4 stroke ,very low hours

Trailer: Custom-built Highliner TCL85-26. New in 2006; fresh water only. Dual axle - 8500 lb. load. Electric brakes. 2 5/15 ball with 8 ft. extension launch tongue. High mast assembly with longitudinal bunks. One adjustable aft-facing V-shaped support for hull under forefoot. Steel reinforced, carpet, wood, keel pad. Fresh water flushing system for brakes.
