Hi All. We are selling our 2005 Silverton 38 Sport Bridge. The
boat is 100% freshwater and always been kept in a covered slip on Lake Lanier in north metro Atlanta.
Dry Weight: 26,900 lbs (not prone to being tossed by wind and doesn't include weight of fuel/water/boat stuff!)
Beam: 14'4"
LOA: 40'
372 gallons fuel
110 gallons water
40 gallons holding
twin 8.1 Crusader HO gas engines (162 hours)
Kohler 8.0 KW genset (225+/- hours)
All impellers for motors and genset replaced with only about 2-3 hours on them since replacement.
This boat is the widest in her class (up to over 14" wider than other 38-40' sedans or aft cabins). She has the unique "Sidewalk" design by Silverton that creates a more liveable saloon (full beam saloon) and easiest access to bow from the bridge than any other sedan/sport bridge out there (absolutely fabulous for safety of young children and makes docking/rafting up a snap when handling her solo). Boat has 3 flatscreen TV’s , 3 stereos, BOSE Surround sound, 2 DVD players, icemaker, fridge up on the bridge and in galley, lots of storage for her size, all oiled cherry wood interior with real wood (no cheap laminates like other brands!!), real innerspring mattresses (no cheap foam mats!), and overall very good build quality, great looks, great amenities, and great handling. I could go on for a long time about why this is a great boat and a boat that we truly love. We would not sell her except for the fact that we are going to move up to a bigger boat or possibly buy a sailboat.
The best part is she is in nearly new condition and priced to SELL! In fact, she is the lowest priced '05 Silverton 38 SB anywhere to be found in North America or elsewhere. Usually the low priced boats are trashed but such is honestly not the case here. She is priced low to sell fast.
I have her listed on boattrader.com for $245k. That ad is here:

I've got some flexibility on that price as well (note that you will see one listed on YW for $254,900 but that is actually my boat so the next lowest priced '05 is really $279k as of today).
