Ok, I seen on sailboat listings.com that it is a shoal draft. But I still didn't seen any information or pictures related to the engine and engine compartment. What engine brand, hp, year of engine (original or been replaced), hours of the engine, etc?

Hard to see in the one picture, is the mast stepped?

Loaded draft is 5'10". Engine is a Yanmar 4JH2-TE , 62 hp. With 6375 hrs. Oil changed every 100 hrs, just returned to FL from the USVI, engine runs flawlessly. The mast is keel stepped, with all new standing rigging professionally rigged in October 2015.
