I was on board one for sale recently (looking for our next upgrade) , /Headroom is great, I am only 5'10" and I am pretty sure it was a min of 6'2" everywhere. Felt very roomy.

I am 6'4" and it is a handicap. But it does easily eliminate a lot of boats. Saves time looking.

our son is 6'1" and was a frequent visitor while he lived on St Thomas, no issues. 6'4" could be an issue in certain areas. Galley, saloon, would be fine.
Aft stateroom could be close.

Almost a year to sell a good boat like that at a good price. I guess its a bad market fir sellers.

Timing is everything right buyer at right time always helps. A 35 victory cat sold in a few weeks. Think it was over 140k. But in excellent shape.

I think this is the same TPI 37 currently listed by the catamaran company.
