Re: 1993 Lagoon 37 (TPI built) Owners non chartered catamaran
Interested in upgrading my cat inventory from a Prindle 16 :-) to a shallow water cruiser. Your 37 will do nicely. I do have a couple questions: First, the draft states 4' ...is that boards down? What is boards up draft? Second, your listing states condition as "Good". What takes it out of the "Very Good" or "Excellent" category?

Sorry, after a little research I have realized that the Lagoon has fixed keels. 4' will still do nicely for my needs

Has she been recently surveyed? I can extend my services and bring her to Fort Lauderdale. If interested we can work out the details.

Its a big boat, they standing headroom is as tall as my P42
I had considered purchasing as a 2nd charter boat.
For the money she is a screaming deal,. engines are low hour, genset a/c's just some wax and interior touches and she would make anyone happy!
david
P.S. I see her every week, just not sure how i could make it work for my company

p42=Privilege 42
You will need to duck through doors...but you wont find a cat that a 6'4" person can walk though any doors anyways....
I like that she has shaft drive...no garbage sail drives....big lugger genset
for a 37' she has alot of room...and huge aft shower/head....i mean big for even 50' cat
I'd buy here if she had 3 heads and get a skipper to run 4 pack term charters

Not worried about doors.
Worried about standing at the sink, standing in he head, standing in the salon, etc.
I can't remember for sure if I wrote it off (don't have my original list) before or not.
