1988 J/35 Forsale

Currently on the hard with keel off, we have a transport trailer that can be used for a fee or you can bring your own. She has a FL title and is located at Monroe Harbour Marina in Sanford, FL. We will be attaching the keel and stepping the mast on June 30, 2013 so if you want to ship this boat by land the time is now. After we launch and rig the boat we will be asking a higher price. We picked the boat up from New Jersey last year but there is no hull damage from the storm. Only damage is from towing which punctured a small hole that we have fixed. The keel was removed by a marina up North in which they cut away some fiberglass which will need to be fixed when you re-bed the keel. Only fault we can find is a few soft spots in the cabin floor from rain damage. Besides that the boat was looked at by a professional surveyor and found to be structurally strong. I'm not trying to hide anything, come take a look at the boat if you are concerned!

In chicago so expensive to just take a look. Do you have a recent survey? How much water was in the cabin. The floor looks like it had rain damage . What comes with the boat. Did not see a list. Sails, mast running rigging, standing rigging,
