I know pictures are worth a thousand words, but when it comes to posting them I'm a mental midget.

Sadly, I must part with her for I'm in need of college money for my son. I'm asking $38,500 (5K less than her 2009 Survey).

She's been in fresh water these past three years in Shreveport, LA. Her wood is in need of refinishing and her brass needs polishing.

The previous owner had her refitted and finished out in 2006 in Florida. He spent a ton of money on her. His specific description of what all she has and what was done to her in 2006 is included in the spec sheet. I've added a couple of new batteries (interstate), new (and better) compass, and a new battery charging unit.

Her woodwork (teak) is in desperate need of attention. If she doesn't sell pretty soon I'll take her off the market and start that process.

If you are very familiar with Nor'Sea 27s look at the sailing pic and count the portholes and begin to wonder. I have no idea why she has an extra one, but I love it
