1983 Allmand Sloop 31'
Very nice 1983 sloop,full cockpit enclosure new march 2010,very roomy 3 stateroom layout,auto-pilot,garmin 498,depth,horizon 1500 vhf with ra-mike in cockpit, repowerd 2008 with 27 hrp westerbeke with 800 hrs,runs real smooth 1/2 gal per hr at 2600 rpm at 6 knots, great sails.roller furling genoa,propane and alcohol stove. $27,000.
