Shoal draft, only draws 4'...perfect for the Abacos. Cruises at 6 knots, sips 1/2 gallon per hour. Very spacious interior for a vessel her size. Pressurized fresh water (new pump) with new foot pumps in both the galley and head. Holding tank. 26 gallon fuel tank. Spinnaker and Storm Sail, whisker pole. Ritchie Compass, Edson Stainless Steering wheel with backup tiller. Aft boarding ladder, lifelines. That is a very nice looking looking boat! It looks like it has been well taken care of. I am hopefully going to be in the market for some thing just like this soon, and 18,000 is certainly within my price range.

I do have a couple of questions. What is the fresh water tankage? Condition of the sails? When was the last time it had a bottom job. Survey? Any problems that need to be corrected?
