I have just decided to sell my
Columbia MKII 34' for only $10,500. It is a solid
boat with no major deficiencies. I just put new wire, lights, halyards, spreader boots and checked
rigging on the
mast.
Mast is NOT stepped - We can do it or you may want to move the
boat somewhere so I have left the mast down.
Motor is a gasoline 4-cyl Palmer (Rock solid) but has not been started recently. I have arranged with local
mechanic to
rebuild carb and prep the
engine for the next season. SHould be done in a couple of weeks, depending on his schedule.
Exterior cosmetics need attention (paint top and bottom, brightwork).
Interior is in pretty good shape. see pics
Sail inventory includes a near-new
jib (hank-on). No
mainsail.
Electronics include a
VHF radio, and a Lowrance
GPS.
Refrigerator runs off of the
engine. The gimballed
stove was removed as I cooked with microwave or
propane camp
stove. A small house-type AC cooled the forecabin when I was connected to
shore power.
I purchased the boat last year and lived aboard while I worked in the
Pensacola area. I planned to haul her out this fall and do the bottom but plans have changed and now need to sell her.
I have some pics and more detail for potential buyers. Call John at (865) 640-7737 in Knoxville, TN
