12v Diesel Heater

I am currently in the market for a 12v diesel heater for my Cheoy Lee Offshore 31. I don't mind a heavily used one that needs to be refurbished either. It will give me a fun indoor project. Looking forward to hearing from you!

Re: 12v Diesel Heater

I'll be pulling my Espar out and selling it, but it will probably be a couple months. Are you in a hurry? It blows the circuit breaker, so probably needs a new glow plug.

Re: 12v Diesel Heater

Could be a weak circuit breaker, I had a 20 amp on a circuit that started to trip with no changes on its load. After checking everything and not finding a culprit I replaced the breaker and no more problem.

I would be interested. I am not in too much of a hurry, I just know that it is something I am going to want to install so I figured I would start browsing and shopping now. Hopefully want to get one installed by the end of April before I start cruising, though.

I'll let you know when it's out of the boat.

Good point River Cruiser, I hadn't thought of that. Thanks!

Re: 12v Diesel Heater

My heater is out and ready to sell, let me know if you are still interested. I found a bad connection at the 12V, so there probably isn't anything wrong with it.
