Hi ,
32 mm Foam core with 3 layers of fibreglass on the outside and 2 layers on the inside , it was built by Tim Heaney here in Paynesville, from start to finish which included a new stainless steel frame it took 12 weeks as weather was against us for a while , the new clears were made by Unique Sails also from Paynesville and were done in 5 days 👌👌👌👍👍👍

We had to modify the existing frame to suit the new design

Because of the curves of the roof most of the glassing had to be done “ in situe” as fibreglass does not “ bend” then it was taken to the workshop for finishing , fairing and painting

What is the core material? Epoxy or polyester resin?
