leaky faucet

I have an Eleuthera 60, 2011 in which the galley faucet has developed a leak, I'm pretty sure it most be a seal but how do I take apart this faucet?
The only name I can make out is PURE on the salt water switch, I removed a small red tab thinking there would be a set screw but can't see one....any suggestions?..thanks in advancedClick image for larger version
