It not quality issues that I was referring to. Its customer service or lack of.
It’s like not one is on the other end of the line.
Send an e-mail, nothing,
Make a phone call, nothing
Send another e-mail, nothing
And on and on

Was never like that before this new guy came on

Re: FP Owners Club

After declining my request for warranty support Alex promised me tech assistance and advice on how to deal with my hull blisters.
Many emails and two years and I am still waiting.
It not a warranty issue on my boat, but lets face it they should be the world experts on this issue.

Re: FP Owners Club

I had several small warranty issues that Tierry suggested I got fixed at their representatives yard in Turkey.
By the tie I got there, Alexandre had taken over and would not give them the OK to proceed, would not answer emails or return phone calls.
After 1 months of frustration, all issues were fixed in just over 1 day.
It was MS that eventually took my side, told me to go ahead and that they would get FP to sort out payments.
Alex ignores you because he knows that most owners just give up and abandon the claims.

So as far as I am concerned thumbs down for FP and thumbs up for Multihull Solutions customer care.

Re: FP Owners Club

Yes it all depends on how much leverage you can apply.
MHS is quite worried about it's local market here and some of them seem to be very genuine people.
Alex on the other hand is just trying to control costs and is simply doing what he is told by his bosses.
That said, he is also very poor at doing his job, as even if he doesn't approve a claim he should follow up on promises that he has made.
FP's reputation has suffered badly due to his incompetence but I don't think they care.

We are planning to attend. Hopefully the hurricane season will be mild and finish early.
