Lucia 40: Crazing of windows

There are numerous reports in other forums of crazing of perspex salon windows and the fact FP is aware of the problem and refuses to address it. Do you, like me, have this problem and have you had any luck with FP?

My Lucia is 5 years old and the windows are protected by mesh sunscreens. Also, no "harsh chemicals" have been used.
