Closet and Galley Projects

Hi all. Just wanted to share a few (finally) completed projects with you.

-Galley-
Installed Dri-Dek in the fridge and dish bin. Love this stuff.

Cut and installed cutting board covers on both the dish bin and the random hole. Great reclamation of counter space.

-Port Companionway-
Installed closet, with light, in single berth with laundry bin spot at the end. We highly recommend doing this.

More to come as completed.

Any issues with the hinges for the lid on the fridg? They came loose on my friends Bahia... It's a great challenge to try and fix it....

Nothing catastrophic yet, but the thing is rusting up pretty good.

The way I figured it would be to remove the pin in the piano hinge by sliding it out, then putting a new stainless piano hinge but in the open position, installing it first on the lid then once in position, drilling new holes into the fiberglass, but you are stuck with the apparent half on the hinge....

Yeah. I've been biding my time on that one. Hoping for an epiphany.

Not yet.
