Advice on how to run wiring from anchor locker into galley and cockpit for lp switch

I'm need to install a gas switch to a solenoid for the lp line (which FP for some reason doesn't think should come stock) to run in to the galley probably on the main switch panel. I also want to add a chain counter at the helm.

It's a new boat to me so I want to figure a good game plan before I start doing things. My main question is for any advice on running the wire from the anchor locker into the boat.

You are not seriously considering putting a propane tank in your anchor locker are you ?

Which country are you in ? The laws/rules/standards for propane are different

The FP40 Lucia comes from the factory with a propane locker there.

Is it a separate, vapour tight, top loading locker with its own dedicated drainage overboard or open to the rode locker ?

All underwriters in the US require propane installations to be ABYC compliant.
ABYC Standards are different than Euro requirements.

Get some white PVC pipe, 3/4"?, and run as conduit back to where you want the switches. Or there may be some already installed. Tuck it up out of sight. Will look good. If you need elbows get the plastic electrical ones with a large bend radius or use 22 deg elbows.
